GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

1. Driver's age: Min.23 years old for cars group A, B, C, G1 and 25 years old for all other groups.
2. Driver's license: international or national -held at least one year-.
3. Rental time-kilometers: min. one day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 renting of the daily rate. The reading of kms. out and in starts and reminates at our renting station.
4. Deposit: A min. of 20.000 Drs. of the estimated cost of the rental is payable on check out time and the final adjustment will be made on completion of the rental. No deposit is required for credit-card holders  honoured by our rental station.
5. Traffic fines: all traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period, are at the renter's responsibility.
6. Gasoline: paid by the customer. Unleaded is to be used only.
7. Taxes: local tax 8%- VAT 18% is additional on all rates.
8. Deliveries-collections: free in all downtown, hotel ports and airports. Each delivery or collection within the limits of the same city:1.000 Drs. and suburbs: 1.800 Drs. Out of town charges: 100 Drs. per Km. Night deliveries or collections ( from 21:00 -  08:00) : 4.000 Drs.
9. Availability: car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
10. Rent-it-here / leave-it-there: all cars are available for one way rentals, according to RJH/LIT conditions, provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement.
11. Across the border rentals: renters wishing to drive the car out of Greece must obtain the advance written authorisation of our offices.
12. Ferrying of the car: the advance written authorisation of our offices is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.

1. Collision damage waiver (C.D.W.): the rental can obtain full collision protection by purchasing
Collision Damage Waiver at:
3.000 Drs. per day for groups: A-B-C-G1-G2
4.000 Drs. per day for groups: D-E-G2-G3
7.000 Drs. per day for groups: F1-F2-H-S-H1-H2
provided that collision of fire damges are not due to the violation of any of the provisions of te Greek Driving Code Without C.D.W. renter's responsibility for Collision   Drs. 1.000.000 for groups A,B,C,G1 Drs. 2.000.000 for groups D,E,F1,F2,G2,G3   and 4.000.000 Drs. for groups H,S,H1,H2.
The days required for the car's reparation is the renter's responsibility. Damages to tires, wheels and car-underside are not covered by any insurance.
2.Personal Accident insurance (P.A.I.): this insurance is optionally available at 600 Drs. per day for all vehicle types, not including mini-bus which is 800 Drs. for the driver and passengers of our car, and covers:
